So this item has been something I've been waiting for since November but unfortunately it was never registered with USPS. The customer service team (although very slow with replies) helped me out and sent a new one (with the same tracking code which I found odd….) but it arrived safely!!!
The item itself is top notch quality and my husband loves it! It's such a beautiful piece of work! (Hence why the 5 stars) can't recommend enough! But just order your items in plenty of time to avoid disappointment!
